The right really don't like it when they're the 'victims'
It all comes down to how you define "Freedom of Speech"“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”Comment

Indeed, and the only person claiming he is a reporter his him. It's the excuse he uses to go and stir up tulip. "reporting on the situation".
He was arrested for breeching the conditions of a suspended sentence he got for contempt of court last year which involved his attempting to film court proceedings during a trial. He's done exactly the same thing again by live-streaming himself going into the court to "report"on a trial. So the terms of his suspended sentence mean he's been jailed for the original term and will probably be facing trial for this offence as well. The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world that he didn't existComment

The unnamed person allegedly mentioned the name of some defendant on trail during a live stream but this name connected to the trail was public knowledge anyways or at least accessible public information. A bit harsh the sentence though, I don't even think it was even a crime, how can mentioning a name in public warrant a custodial sentence ? Also unnamed person was on the road and public pavement during filming and not on the court premises.
It's like being arrested for being there and saying 'turnip' in public.Comment
