And now, to finish off the musically quite happy, I'm picking up this tonight:

Should make for a nice setup.
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

Your not tripping until you are listening to Roger Water's Music from the Body Album.

Should make for a slipped disc if you don't pick it up carefully...

My guitar amp comes in at 24kg, so fairly similar.

Ah, great story. I love to see old people being helped to enjoy the benefits of modern technology by the younger generation that have a clue.

24kg should be a breeze, even for someone of advancing years such as yourself , but I almost injured myself shifting a Marshall with some sort of what seemed like concrete lining in my younger days. I'm guessing here, but I'd wager it was way more than 24kg...

It's the magnets and transformers that add the weight.

Fun thing just happened, the battery in my Pensa needed changing, so I took the cover off the back, and normally I've just picked that up and set it down. Today I flipped it over, which I have never done before. It's signed by the guy who made it and his assistant.

I got given one of these the other day, original early 60's valve pre-amp, same as the Beatles used in Hamburg:

It also came with an old 60's wah-wah effects pedal and this thing which weighs a ton:

Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

I bet it doesn't have bluetooth connectivity...

Your combo is from 1973, has 2x 10" speakers and maxes out at 20W of power all courtesy of 10 valves. Yummm.
