    It rather depends on what the word was. Best you don't remind us.

    Swear this guy must has metal health issue. He orders tariffs on EU steal, the EU says okay, we're putting tariffs on jeans, OJ, motorbikes and now....

    Trump threatens EU with 20% car import tax

    Donald J. Trump

    @realDonaldTrump

    Based on the Tariffs and Trade Barriers long placed on the U.S. and it great companies and workers by the European Union, if these Tariffs and Barriers are not soon broken down and removed, we will be placing a 20% Tariff on all of their cars coming into the U.S. Build them here!
    “We've always defined ourselves by the ability to overcome the impossible. And we count these moments. These moments when we dare to aim higher, to break barriers, to reach for the stars, to make the unknown known. We count these moments as our proudest achievements. But we lost all that. Or perhaps we've just forgotten that we are still pioneers. And we've barely begun. And that our greatest accomplishments cannot be behind us, because our destiny lies above us.”

    The US sells naff all cars built in the US in the EU but the EU sells loads into the 200 million+ consumer market of the US. I think shares in German auto makers have just dropped

    doubt it - too many Americans prefer to drive luxury cars (like the Brits) - they want reliability not plastic fenders that crack when you look at them.

    International trade in motor vehicles - Statistics Explained

    Car Imports by Country

    Every single BMW X model is made in the USA so all those Chelsea tractors you see, were actually imported from the USA
    Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.
