    Garden waste collection charges rise to £74m a year

    Currently paying £56 a year for ours. Might have to make some cutbacks.

              We pay £30 for the time that they collect (they stop over the winter). My neighbour keeps trying to put theirs out and they just stick a note on it every time that says that he hasn't paid for it yet.
