    Global Warming

Anyone else not just loving the current heatwave but also feeling slightly concerned that having holiday weather at home is great but yellow grass is a sign that something might be a bit off?.

I'll be relaying the lawn next year so my current give a **** meter is at about 0.

On a serious note, current client doesn't have air-con in the software development area - yesterday was most unpleasant, today looks like it may be worse!

The sooner world population is reduced the better. If water is the trigger point then so be it.

So the last time it was this hot for this long was 1976

So for the past 42 years the summer weather has on average been colder than 1976

And does this mean that maybe in 2064 we will have a summer which will surpass this one?

Not being a climate change denier at all but we are just having an abnormally warm summer - like the on in 76 and prior to that I think it was 1910

I'd love for it to be just that. And if it isn't not much we can do about it I suppose.

This might be a useful way to look at it - click on Summer on the right hand side, then compare the 30 year averages...
