          1* Can of soup (Tomato(Sainsbury's own(£1.50 for 4 cans)))
          2 * Crusty roll(Morrisons(38p for 6 of the feckers last night))
          1 * Apple(Sainsbury's orgasmic Braeburn(£2 for 6 of 'em))

                  Splash the boat out and get the salt and pepper baps from Morrisons, they are amazing especially when surrounding large portions of roast chicken breast meat, dressed in mayonnaise
