Fools gold if anyone is buying at these silly prices and getting a variable rate high LTV mortgage. Negative equity is a term not often heard in the last 20 odd years but it still exists. Let's see if the BoE raises interest rates today ...

Bank of England raises interest rate to a whopping 0.75%. Bring it on.

Savings rates will surely follow suit.
