    mind boggles how you connect house prices with EU membership, rather than manipulated record low interest rates and easy credit

      Nope at the top its the thought that Jezzy will get in and will try to squeeze the pips of the foreign rich.

      Even if he fails (which is likely the rich will hire better lawyers) it will be unpleasant for them so its all off to tax havens. Remember only 1 £20M home cut by £2m will affect the average of thousands of house prices

      At the bottom the slow rise in wages (a fall in real terms) and uncertainty over Brexit is slowing sales.
      Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.
