    hmm looks to be steadily falling until recently.

    Perinatal (stillbirths etc) seems to follow a different type of line.

    Not quite sure how you can jump to it being related to immigration however it doesn't seem like anyone has done any great investigations into the subject, so as usual lack of proof is used to argue its not related to anything the researchers don't believe. Something is happening - I wonder what?

      maybe its not directly related. As Assgoo says just because you are born in a stable you aren't a horse.

      As we skew the figures by encouraging interbreeding that would be considered weird in Norfolk that may just be it?
