    Fake news

The trusty BBC has released a new video on how to identify fake news

Fake news is not only news that you disagree with. It can also very closely mimic real news stories.
So basically news that you disagree with = fake news.

Your quote is based on the attitude of the American President (and many like him) who claim that every piece of news that he doesn’t like is fake.
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

It’s not on the page you linked to, but similar to it is said in the video

Here’r the current text on that page:
What is fake news and how can you identify it?
Fake news can sometimes very closely mimic real news. Zoe Kleinman takes a look at where fake stories come from and how they travel.
This is part of a series by the BBC on disinformation and fake news - a global problem challenging the way we share information and perceive the world around us.

They've changed the text o the page. Obviously they're using Trump as the example.

            No you are correct.

It is now acceptable to call facts you do not agree with 'fake news'

Just glad there are still some of us out here with enough gumption to see through the agenda.

Is that a fact or just your opinion?
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

                Interesting question.

Is news nowadays fact or someones opinion?

It used to be fact - but now ever paper has someones opinion on the fact peddled as news.

All joking aside it is really quite worrying that the mainstream press no longer need to tell the truth.

It is, also seeing the BBC trying to establish themselves as the ministry of truth like this.

Moron. Fake news is designed to comfrim the prejudices of morons. The exact same news is easily identifiable by people who use their brains and are capable of critical thinking. They recognise it as incorrect, and thus disagree with it.

To put it in terms you might be able to understand. You agree with fake news. I disagree with it.

                    Moron in denial.

In other news, AIDS didn't originate in monkeyes, but in American labs, deliberately designed to target homosexuals.
