the higher up driving position is safer on long journeys, on the motorway when you can make your decisions based upon three cars ahead rather than just the car in front of you
the incredible Quattro system combined with the height adjustable air suspension (which we have on the current one) is useful for getting out of trouble
the extra power 435hp would be useful spare capacity for when needed in special situations - just gives you more options for over taking in spaces where lower spec engines wouldn't have enough room/time
all in all, it's safer isn't it and that's what you are paying for

It appears his requirements are based on what Audi put in the spec (must have the Quattro system, must have 435bhp, no more, no less, etc) and his budget will be whatever an Audi SQ7/8 costs
