I am shocked that Paystream won best umbrella...especially given the amount of negative feedback they get on here.

The same has been said for many years. It's just the size of them really, not the best or worst. The fact that Contractor Umbrella isn't even mentioned this year yet Danbro, who had all the payment issues earlier in the year comes 3rd proves that.

Yep Danbro made a complete mess of things with payments. Very poor in dealing with it as well.
