    Mistaken identity

Any one ever get a case of mistaken identity?

I have a certain look (shaved head, goaty beard, tattoos - think an English Stone Cold Steve Austin) and when I meet someone for the first time they automatically assume I'm into motorbikes. The number of men who will start to talk about their bikes is quite bizzare!

I even have bikers nod to me when I'm out, acknowledging a fellow 'biker'

For the record, if I ever meet any of you in real life I know next to nothing about Harleys
I am what I drink, and I'm a bitter man

Thinking a Harley is a motorcycle proves your not a biker.

    Only posers ride harleys

That's the whole point, I'm not a biker! Unless we're talking Whorty leg powered bikes

One of my colleagues was mistake by armed police for a very violent Serbian criminal. A little worrying, but sanity in the end prevailed.

People often mistake me for a competent software developer. I'm quite good at taking advantage of it.

I seem to share a name with someone on the terrorist watchlist.

Almost every time I fly, whether domestically or internationally, I get the dreaded SSSS code on my boarding pass. For those who aren't familiar with this code, it stands for Secondary Security Screening Selection. This means I get pulled aside before or during the boarding process for additional questioning and bag search.

Also, when flying internationally, I am unable to check in online. I am always instructed to present myself in person to an airline representative at the airport check-in desk with passport and travel documents.

Luckily, I haven't made it to the no-fly list yet....

And they applied some ballistic therapy to him. NOT because he was a violent Serbian criminal, but simply because he fessed up to being a mate of NAT's.

Funny you should ask. If another hot bint turns up with the cheesy opening gambit of "You look just like a young Steve McQueen!" I swear I will lose the plot.
