    Same here, moreorless....

Mines a diesel and I think I'm supposed to scrap it but it seems so wasteful given that I can probably get another 100k out of it.

Let me start. I met Mr SM in Dec 2017. I confirm he is totally professional. A professional piss artist.

His work is also totally professional. I don't care what anyone says about him.

A very well organized do - sorry I missed the one you organized Dec 2018 and I look forward to the Dec 2019 one.

Maybe compared to other Yorkshiremen you're at the shallow end of the gene pool...

The planet is over populated. But try going round telling everyone you think 90% of the people on earth should be wiped out and they look at you funny. Unless you are Prince Philip when they agree with you.

Your suggestion has a certain merit.

Everything South and East of Manchester would be a start - If you could include Liverpool I'd be grateful.

Just thinking about how many 100w light bulbs it would take to heat an average 3-bed house in winter.

Probably need in the region of 20kw of heat, with a thermostat, to achieve 21degC.

So, 200 light bulbs. Would definitely need these

Anyone want a 2-owner, low mileage, Nissan 350z?

I do throw away a lot of fresh food because I'm rubbish at cooking and have good ideas but poor execution. I can bake a cake well but that's not good for the size of my arse.

I recycle as far as my local council will accept.

I buy what I need when I need it and will repair rather than replace where possible. Have just mended a favourite jumper this morning!

I haven't had children so, once I'm dead, I won't give a toss what state the country/planet is in.

Good on you having an old car. What is not realised by many people is that the manufacturing of a new car uses more energy and creates more pollution than does the fuel consumption in the life of the car.

BTW, I am sure you will have kids one day.
