Sleep and plenty of water man. And some more sleep when possible.
“We've always defined ourselves by the ability to overcome the impossible. And we count these moments. These moments when we dare to aim higher, to break barriers, to reach for the stars, to make the unknown known. We count these moments as our proudest achievements. But we lost all that. Or perhaps we've just forgotten that we are still pioneers. And we've barely begun. And that our greatest accomplishments cannot be behind us, because our destiny lies above us.”

Its friday so only one day to suck it up. Out of interest, the rest of you, how ill do you have to be to not show up at client?

I suppose at some point, as I get older, I'm beginning to think if I'm ill to not be so dense and take time off.

BTW - I'm not signing on today before someone mentions it!
In 11 years of contracting I've never had a day off. Its weird I used to get sick all the time when I was a permie but since it now costs to be off my body seems to fight off pretty much everything fairly quickly. Hope I've not cursed it now

Just gone permie. I intend to use up all 10 sick days this year. Inviting PC round to dinner should cause a few.....
