          Not so sure about that. Even it is personal data, which I'm not sure it is, a request to have the data deleted does not always have to be followed.

          If the data is still required, then it doesn't need to be deleted. One argument is that it's required for the context of the thread.
          Try asking a car insurance company to delete your data after you've had an accident. Ain't gonna happen.
