    One for you I think...

While it resonates, I'm a little wary since the link is to a consultancy company pushing its own services.
Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!

I can't talk about the US but that report sounds heavily biased and politically motivated. Any consultancy is going to try and get more of it's own people in and if it is an Indian one they are going to be Indian.

I simply don't recognise trying to get their family and friends in and any manager doing that over here would eventually get found out.

Might be entirely different in the US but the whole country doesn't exactly come across as immigrant friendly at the moment.

I thought only British, white, able-bodied, Tory, straight males could discriminate?

That's because you're an embittered cretin.

Might be a shock to some but I have found a LOT of racial discrimination towards white English IT workers in the UK from the same race mentioned in this thread. Some are quite blatant about it some very subtle but it exists in many ugly forms sadly. Best way to stamp it out is stop giving Tier2 Visas out like candy

                FTFY

It is interesting to look at the names of the Indian workers and note their probable caste.

Got up to the "Dealing with abusive Indian Management Approaches", to which my answer is no to work for Indian manager and stopped wasting my time with the rest

It is just a racist nonsense. Had several good Indian managers. Do not recall a single one good English.
And I am not Indian, nor do I like outsourcers. But stuff in that article is 50% made up by some racist.
