    Nationwide's House Price Index June 2019

    Key points:

    - Annual house price growth remained subdued at 0.5% in June

    - Modest 0.1% price rise during the month, after taking account of seasonal factors

    - Annual price falls persist in London and the South East

    We are in the south east going through selling last year and trying to buy this year, any houses going are priced “keenly” anything that isn’t priced to sell is just not shifting.

                    Housebuilder's PMI is in quite steep decline:

                    United Kingdom Construction Pmi | 2019 | Data | Chart | Calendar | Forecast

                    Indications of a property slump if not crash. People want to blame Brexit but it's a similar picture in the US and Europe.
