At least we can monitor your progress online.

Something I'd never though I'd be doing but this weekend will be shoring up the fences and runs in the back garden for my three chickens.

Hopefully. Yoga, conditioning work in the gym and changes to the position on the the bike will hopefully make the difference. I'm also more aware of the issue now and know what to look for and what to do about it before it becomes a problem.

Tracking will be available in the usual places. Trackleaders, Freeroute etc.

I'll be cap number 61. Keep an eye on Twitter for updates using #TCRNo7 (general race info from the organisers) and #TCRNo7Cap61 for tweets from me, assuming I'm capable.

            TFA,

I will be re-arranging my study due to getting a sturdier desk, due to getting a bigger monitor.
Also it’s BGG & I’s anniversary so I best be nice to him ?

You're welcome to stick a tent in my garden so long as you bring your own karzee arrangements along. Not having you sitting on my bog after reading some of your recent posts!

Got stoats or weasels in the area? Make sure your mesh is half inch max and buried 2 feet deep to keep the buggers out if so.

Beer Beer Orchestra and Charge 69 in Budejovice, Czechia tomorrow, back for Svetlanas in Frankfurt on Sunday.
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.
