    - Slight slowing in the rate of annual house price growth to 0.3%

    - Modest 0.3% month-on-month rise, after taking account of seasonal factors

    So house prices are falling in real terms, even with approx 300,000 people (net migration) arriving who need a place to live.

        Someone must be buying the houses to rent to house 300,000 extra people per year. Clearly immigration is way to low. Boris should increase immigration to 10,000,000 per year and get house prices up.
