And that is what the ridiculous levels of house prices has done to this country. Chavs see no point in working as a house is unobtainable. The well off put all their money into housing so have nothing left for children.

The government needs to ban foreign ownership, confiscate any house left empty for more than a year, and have a tax rate of 50% on rental income(with no expenses allowable). The 50% can be increased if that does not do the trick.
