Go on, I won't tell anyone, what nice thing did you do today? It's the small things that keep the world sane, you know. ...
I fed a seagull with a bit of crust from my sandwich. So I've done my good deed for the day.

Perhaps it would have been even nicer to chuck it towards some homeless person sitting in the street, but none were around.

What I always do when out on an early morning run (most mornings), say "good morning" (or "morning" if the approaching speed is too fast for the more formal version) to any adults that make eye contact with me as we cross paths. Most reply with similar but some are obviously taken aback, but no worries I'm long gone before they need to wonder and get stressed why a stranger is bothering them. If they don't make eye contact then I ignore them too and leave them be.
Maybe tomorrow, I'll want to settle down. Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on.

Probably couldn't stand working in the same organisation as you. A bit extreme, nonetheless.

Is there anything that doesn't trigger you?

What does a homeless person want with a seagull?
