Paging NLyUK - Mattress Advice Needed

Anyone bought a new mattress recently, and if so any recommendations?

Are the newcomers (Leesa/Casper/etc) any good?

You're a big lad Si; perhaps a foam mattress isn't such a good idea?
Mattresses aren't just for sleeping on after all...

Memory foam mattresses, which seem to be all the rage at present, are really very warm to sleep on.

I had one for years and switched to a sprung mattress with built in wool topper which is very comfortable. I like mattresses to be on the firm side.

Mine came from Next for £765 in 2017. They don't seem to stock it any more.

We have one and it's the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on.

You think nlady uses a mattress?

Eve mattresses have the name. Everyone who stays at my gaff and sleeps overnight remarks on how comfy they are.

(They're not cheap though, at £600 a pop.)
