        Used to be a favourite haunt of mine in the late 90s when I lived around there. I've heard it got taken over by a chain?

                Plenty of cheap places in the Chelsea area. Catering to the council flats off Flood street and the day trippers from Hackney who come for the shopping on the King's Road. Both of which groups are a step above Welsh benefit claimants.
