She should have put her hands up at the time and she'd probably have got a suspended sentence. Accidents happen - we all know that. However that stage has left town. She should be extradited and charged and all things being equal serve some hard time for running away....my quagmire of greed....my cesspit of laziness and unfairness....all I am doing is sticking two fingers up at nurses, doctors and other hard working employed professionals...

Accidents *do not* happen. This death was caused by her lack of awareness.
It's obvious to anyone that driving on the wrong side of the road towards the brow of a hill is likely to kill someone...how many times had she driven on the wrong side of the road before?
Yes. she made a mistake, and it was probably unwittingly done (unless she was drunk) - and a prison term etc is unlikely to make her a better driver etc - so a suspended sentence is OK. Or much better - revoke her driving licence for life.Comment
