If you want to reach out, you can open a chat with us directly within the mobile or WebApp, or from certain Support Center
(new tab) articles, such as this one. As an online bank we don't have branches.
First of all, make sure you're up-to-date with the newest version of the app. If not, update your app in the Apple App Store
(new tab) or the Google Play Store
(new tab).
When accessing your account from our WebApp
(new tab), you can find the chat in the bottom right corner. Or from your paired smartphone, go to ? My Account then Support. Then scroll down and tap Support chat under Get in touch. You’ll then see your place in the queue. Keep your Mastercard close by, it's optional but you'll get faster service.“Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.”Comment

Even if they're not being bailed out they're closing branches or have those zombie branches where it's all just machines and one bod directing traffic to the machines or a phone on the wall if you want to talk to a human. I can do ******* telephone banking from home.
No wonder the new breed of bank threatens to do away with the dinosaurs.
There are a number of challenger banks offering a reduced 'online mostly' experience. Just be wary of their legal status in the UK in terms of regulation and FSCS protection.Maybe tomorrow, I'll want to settle down. Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on.Comment
