    I actually watched the 10pm news last night to see if it was mentioned.

    Nope. Since it is the BBC possibly I was expecting too much.

            there was a relatively small protest at the Senedd reported on BBC Wales last night and it was the main article. Given that no one outside of the area concerned would be interested in the core issue, then clearly the BBC is not averse to reporting protests which are in essence non political, in relation to HMG taxation policy.

                Because it makes a change from someone worrying the local farmers sheep that's why.
