    The direction of travel is the exact opposite of that.

    Javid was comparatively Thatcherite. Broadly, he was against massive spending because he didn't want massive tax rises or borrowing. Increased day-to-day spending isn't going to be coming from borrowing, so...

    So there will be a temptation for new chancellor to implement ir35 in strongest possible manner
