    Yep - he's definitely missing tricks.

    I've recommended the Sports Direct warehouse approach.

    Employ via an (100% mate owned) agency - you don't want to do nasty firing stuff offload it to others
    Payment via an umbrella company (that charges the NRE)
    Payment via a prepayment card which charges for cash withdrawals and profits from other usage.

    From memory that prepayment card also charged a separate fee for all transactions but I can't find the original article to confirm that.

    Edit to add - not quite - it had an initial purchase fee and a reload fee (on top of the umbrella deductions)..

            I can give you examples if you want Sports Direct warehouse workers are a great example, Amazon has slightly better (but not much) T&Cs....
