To be honest, as long as it's going to be an offence for vegans to get all preachy to meat-eaters and other non-vegans, I don't care. Live and let live and all that. You put cooked meats on a different shelf to raw meats (I hope) so it's not much of a stretch to have vegan on a separate shelf.

If Philip Schofield had left his wife for a younger woman because he wanted someone with pert tits he would have been vilified.

But because he left her for another man and came out as gay he is seen as a hero.
