    Wouldn’t read much into that. It’s a political hatchet job because he’s upset about being dismissed. Still, pretty good as a hatchet job. Counter briefing is that none of his sums remotely added up, even after a bunch of controversial tax rises, like council tax, mansion tax etc., so none of it was going to happen.

    Couple of nuggets though. Sounds like they’re going to reclassify education and skills as capital spending, which is a significant sleight of hand.

      Maybe they will be nice enough to allow training expenses for one man Ltd without being fascist about it
