    Leaving drinks

If I have friends (real ones, not ones I pay) at ClientCo who want to go for a drink on my last day, does that count as being 'part and parcel'? If I restrict drinks invitees to friends only is that IR35 friendly?

What if colleagues turn up to the same bar, uninvited, yet come over to join us?

Is the bar bill ok to claim as Client Entertainment?

Could I or the attendees be in breach of anti-bribery rules if I get them hammered before I ask for my final timesheets to be signed off?

It's ok, we've met you, we know you don't have any friends

I want my account deleted and all of my information removed, I want to invoke my right to be forgotten.

Get a Confirmation of Arrangements from each attendee.

Based on the title: I'd never leave a drink.

Based on your issue: put it on expenses, get them to pay.

Best not to. She'd tell you to get hammered and sleep with at least one of them.
His heart is in the right place - shame we can't say the same about his brain...

So true story. I treated my client to a small gift/gesture while we were abroad travelling and I had the riot act read to me over bloody bribery rules.
