That was inevitable.
Although, are we sure that's a bin photo? I don't tend to put my rubbish out like that. It looks more like shopping that's been dropped off to me, where bags have been consolodated.
EDIT: Ah having seen all the photos on the twitter link, I see what the picture above didn't quite illustrate.

I've seen refuse workers corroborating it.
The worst of it is food banks etc are struggling for food.
You can easily find someone who will take this off you.
