        UTC is GMT

-4 UTC is four hours behind GMT so add four hours to the time there and you will get GMT

Assuming the time is am on a 24 hour clock.

If it's pm on a 12 hour clock then we're looking at 3 am on Sunday, which would be 4 am due to the clocks going forward at 2am.

                Get one of these.

The time you are looking for is when Mickey Mouse's hand is up Minne Mouse's skirt.

<pedantic>Sort of. Practically, yes. But GMT is a time zone, even if there is no complexity from daylight saving.</pedantic>

Zulu Time has a nicer ring to it.
