    Could some one help me to convert this time to our local time?

    UTC is GMT

    -4 UTC is four hours behind GMT so add four hours to the time there and you will get GMT

    Assuming the time is am on a 24 hour clock.

    If it's pm on a 12 hour clock then we're looking at 3 am on Sunday, which would be 4 am due to the clocks going forward at 2am.

    <pedantic>Sort of. Practically, yes. But GMT is a time zone, even if there is no complexity from daylight saving.</pedantic>

    Zulu Time has a nicer ring to it.
