    Useful or not.

Of course they do, it's a no brainer, common sense.

Not really. It's just a way people feel more secure.

They make people look like postboxes...

Still, if some people need a comfort blanket... Who am I to decry that need?

Chap in Asda the other day with Liverpool scarf. He had to keep adjusting it so he was continually touching his face.

But then one can hardly expect intelligence from football fans....

In your case, if you want to get laid, definetly useful....

Useful, if you're ill, wear a mask so you don't spread whatever's wrong with you.

(That's why the Japanese wear them, it's not to stop themselves being infected, but to stop spreading infection)

Worked fine in the past, why invent something new?

If you need to be reminded not to touch your face as you could spread germs, then useful. However, I don't think they offer any protection unless they are the super duper type that the front line teams ought to be given.

                    FFP3/N99.

But you really want a visor mask to protect you from others.
