We called this out in the Welcome section when if first joined and a mod told us to leave it alone. It, as usual, posts in welcome and then trolls the forums with tedious content and then gets banned.

Why don't you just ban it early. Why on earth do you give them enough time to have some fun so making it worth making another... And another.
