My next idea is an 'oil' powered UV sunbed. Customer pays nothing.
They just need to sign a contract to store a 5,000 litre tank of oil in their garden and receive regular deliveries.

I have my "big" long bet on since yesterday, moving sideways in and out of profit.

I will review the wisdom of this at the end of the year.

On second thoughts, it looks like it's already priced into the market.

This was difficult as the really good stocks, Amazon, Johnson and Johnson, Coca Cola etc were already high, so you have to go into the "scary" stocks like Exxon Mobile

However I noticed that European stocks weren't quite so frothy, so I went for some good solid German stocks.

            BASF - now manufacturing disinfectants
            Siemens - builds pharmaceutical plants
Allianz - just not to do with all that negative rubbish
Deutsche Telekom - growth in the Internet

Boring but solid with great dividend yields and with the dividend payouts already agreed.

My newly bought stocks are in profit by about +£1. If it were to have been -£1 I would be very tense and distraught. In 6 months I won't care if they're 20% down.

Oil trade is not going as planned, it either moves lower soon or is closed at a loss of £400.

I will not hold the trades open over the weekend and risk gaps.
