    Sounds a terrible place.
    The World Socialist Website? Really.

Yup Germany is a terrible place. Much worse than the UK.
    Hard Brexit now!

Dim seems, like many British people, to have an obsession with Germany. It's quite strange that he doesn't mention that both France and Italy have now officially entered a recession. Sad really
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Germany literally can't afford to have a recession, as they will be bailing out Italy, Spain, Greece, and other EU countries when these have their recessions, and they won't have any help from the UK!

Let's wait and see shall we? Southern states will do a Greece, everyone here knows it.

Household debt amongst UK citizens is far greater than that amongst German citizens. Turns out the British love to spend their income on tat from China. Let us hope the lesson from all of this results in manufacturing investment in the UK, it is badly needed.

List of countries by household debt

household debt, loans and debt securities as % of GDP

              Germany 53.59

UK 87.19 - UK citizens borrowed more from the future than most, which means there's further to fall come the correction.

I imagine in few months time a lot of art, jewellery and antiques from the era where failed painter could influence masses will be popping up on ebay or other sites (and until then people were absolutely sure their grandpa didn't have anything hidden in the basement and there is nothing to return).
