"Ahmaud Arbery mum 'believes there will be justice'"

Ahmaud Arbery mum 'believes there will be justice' - BBC News

The chap ran out of a house that he should not have been in, ran up to a guy holding a shotgun, punched him in the head, then the gun went off when he tried to take it from him.

Would it not have been appropriate to add that into the article?

Some of that is in the article linked half way down the page.
Ahmaud Arbery: What do we know about the case? - BBC News

But then again, that story doesn't;t tie up with yours:
"A neighbourhood resident, Gregory McMichael, told police he believed Mr Arbery resembled the suspect in a series of local break-ins. Police have said no reports were filed regarding these alleged break-ins.
Gregory McMichael and his son, Travis, armed themselves with a pistol and a shotgun and pursued Mr Arbery in a pickup truck through the neighbourhood."

Nothing about running out of a house, nothing about a running up to a guy holding a shotgun, but actually being chased by one.

Shame, Dr Minesy. You're so easy to call out as a fake.

Even the Daily Racist is running the same thing:
Man who filmed Ahmaud Arbery slaying claims he was only a 'witness' as he says he is getting threats | Daily Mail Online

There is also security video of him inside the house, on multiple occasions, day and night.

Trying to make this out as some racial injustice is wrong and when the charges are dropped people will not be able to understand it from the gibberish activist line they were fed from 'respectable' news outlets.

Yeah, they have a habit of doing that in cases of accidental killings.

First things first. Are you still saying this is true?

The chap ran out of a house that he should not have been in, ran up to a guy holding a shotgun, punched him in the head, then the gun went off when he tried to take it from him.
If you are, how do you know that it is true?

Ehhh, I've seen the video of him walking into the house, I've seen the video of him inside the house, I've seen the video of him inside the house on previous occasions, I've seen the video of him running out of the house, I've seen the video of him running straight at the guy with the gun, punching him and grabbing his gun.

                And so will the prosecutor.
