As a matter of interest, if one wanted to ship something fragile from Switzerland to the UK what is the best method? Doesn't have to be quick.

You have kidnapped NAT and want to deport him to the UK to pay for his crimes against humour?

I suggest you box him up put him on a slow boat to Tyne & Wear.

I suggest you box him up put him on a rhine barge to rotterdam, and then a slow boat to Tyne & Wear.

It will depend on size, weight and value. Generally 'groupage' is the cheapest way.
