                It's probably fried celeriac and not celery as the names are interchangeable in German, der Sellerie although celery is also sometimes known as der Stangensellerie.

                    Both variants of apium graveolens. Celeriac is also known as knob celery, so it could be named Hitler's Knob Schnitzel.
