Still waiting for them to settle a pure straightforward claim 12 months on.
They are not as good as they sound in the adverts.
I saw quite a good Facebook group the other day. Hundreds of Landords all having issues with them, a good google will throw up plenty of juicy results.Former IPSE member

How many million people have they reduced from their "potential customer market size" by making a simple blanket rule about liquidations in the last 10 years?
Do you think it's 50% of their potential base for all insurances, or less than 0.01%?
Your compulsion to repeat yourself is a classic sign of a troll and on that basis your mealtime is over.Comment

You're uninterested in understanding what they might be doing.
You're not prepared to take advice from others who suggest you speak to a broker or that other insurers are available, and now you're calling a mod a troll.

One insurer's policy does not mean the entire market is biased against you.Comment

Absolutely, hence why i asked the question of whether anyone else who has mvl'd has experienced adversity in the original post, so i can get an understanding of whether this is just one insurer and one type of insurance or perhaps is symptomatic of more widespread issues which span consumer affairs. Yet to have anyone comment in this yet...Comment
