    Same thing expected to happen in Edinburgh/Glasgow area. Prices for houses to decrease by up to 30% according to my IFA.

    You need to see breakdown of charges (this will give a good clue as to what can increase) - also ask for what there were in previous years.

    And don’t forget to ask for a complimentary Ferrari rental for the weekend - go for open top version, it’s buyers market now.

    Move to Bham - my 2 bedrooms bedsit is 50% bigger, half price (includes 2 parking behind gates, no garden but large balcony).

    I also get 50% discount on kebabs
