In most of the middle East you can get yourself a house boy or girl for a fee with their passport. Then pass them on to someone else for a fee with their passport. They are suppose to be an adult but most are clearly children with doctored documents. Facebook were caught out having this market on their site and there is even an app for it. There was a Beeb documentary on it I think last year but I'm sure a channel like Al Jazeera reported on it before that.

Even worse you can also bring your "servant" into the UK and they aren't allowed to work for anyone else while they are on the country. This last bit has been going on for decades.
