    Fentanyl

That graph is crazy. 2008 to 2016 overdoses more than doubled . Fentanyl was involved in 30k deaths in 2018.

I can't actually find a quote from Obama where he mentions fentanyl until 2019. Trump goes big on "fentanyl is a national emergency" in 2017 and the deaths go down.

People seem to be dumfounded by Trump being popular.

It’s not that strange if you join the dots:
      Need treatment
      Can’t afford private health care
      Take pain killers.
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

Scottish drug deaths have tracked this almost exactly...

But in England it's kind of stayed the same...

It affects Scotland so we are all paying for it.

So maybe there is a substantial genetic population in the US that track the Scottish numbers? Is that what you are saying?

Don't you ever get fed up of being wrong? Try doing some research.

It is prescribed in the form of transdermal patches or lozenges and can be diverted for misuse and abuse in the United States.
However, most recent cases of fentanyl-related harm, overdose, and death in the U.S. are linked to illegally made fentanyl.2 It is sold through illegal drug markets for its heroin-like effect. It is often mixed with heroin and/or cocaine as a combination product—with or without the user’s knowledge—to increase its euphoric effects.
As always people will shove almost any crap down their throat to get high.
