Maybe do a double-deck conversion/extension, to get twice as much room?

As for what to put in it, how about housing some exotic pets? My friend has a small heated Reptilium in his garage, where he keeps some quite large snakes..

Good idea and we talked about it. But my worry is with the steps and porch area we are getting quite close to where the garden slopes down to a stream. So I’m not convinced about extending it further.

Divert the stream around the other side of the duck house.

The butler has been moved out of the garage to the duck house. The poor man can only take so much.

Is he bunked up with the caddy?

Get a big reduction for cash in hand. Then demand a partial refund or you'll notify HMRC.
