A&E doctors plead with England’s pub-goers not to get ‘plastered’

    Trigger warning: The Manchester Slaver

I'm sure England's pub goers will pay due heed.

Was criminal to open them on Sat, why not Monday couple of days later? At least that would spread people out a bit

They clearly wanted 4th of July malarkey, all that Roosvelt talk too, coming soon (after B.....t) - British Dollar

Ireland opened them up last Monday, but with some fairly complex restrictions.

No, only people that can spell Guinness can have a drink.

Pubs open for the first time in months, and on a Saturday. What could possibly go wrong.

Probably best to steer clear of city/town centres on Saturday night.
Scoots still says that Apr 2020 didn't mark the start of a new stock bull market.

Best to stay in for 6-8 weeks until it becomes clear what effect on infections will be, few weeks of drinking in pubs likely to make a lot of people less careful every day.

It’s looking grim, hope to be wrong on this one

I've been going to pubs, biergartens, cafes and restaurants for around 3 weeks now and all is okay. There tend to be slightly emptier but most people are sitting outside anyway. The only realy big difference is that barstaff are wearing facemasks, you need to wear one when going to the big, seperate entrances for entry and exit and you have to write your name and address down. No big deal...this weekend I'll be going to a concert as well....Admittedly there is a working app here and they never stopped tracing either
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

The UK on a Friday and Saturday night is a bit of a different animal.
