    You just can't win. If you have no savings you're accused of not having discipline and then when you build up savings or have a pension, you're the target for a tax raid.

      Savings are only reserved for elites. If the Pleb have savings then it means the taxes are too low.
      It seems like a good time to put 25% tax on savings for any rich person that has over £20k in their bank account and then funnel the money through schemes to party friends and sell it as "We are all in this together. Support (our) business. Spend it or lose it".
