• Lin-Manuel Miranda last month issued an apology to fans of Hamilton for the Broadway show's failure to publicly denounce systemic racism sooner
• The 40-year-old playwright and actor also affirmed the show's support for the Black Lives Matter movement

I assume everyone posting it has never seen Hamilton as it does feature lines like “Hey, neighbour, your debts are paid ’cause you don’t pay for labour,”

And I'm at a loss as to what these people actually want, you can't ignore history as unless you learn from it you are doomed to repeat it.

I see it more as an intellectual weakness; a fragility of thought more than a revolution as such... much more like toddlers screaming for biscuits than adults discussing equalities.

Add in the odd attention seeker and grifter and it's a recipe for hyperbolic, reactionary overreach.
